Modeina provides a structured creative platform for visual identity development, artistic composition, and design presentation. Our services include access to design tools, content organization features, and presentation frameworks intended to support clarity and consistency in creative workflows.
Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful creative purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Prohibited activities include unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent.
All platform content, including design templates, visual assets, and software, is owned by Modeina or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their original creative works submitted to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Modeina a non-exclusive license to host and display your work for service delivery purposes.
Modeina provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Modeina be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including loss of data or creative work. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Modeina reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 4, and 6 shall survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
